Key Responsibilities

Commercial HVAC Installer

• Install commercial HVAC systems including VRV/VRF, ducted, split and mechanical ventilation systems

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with builders, site supervisors and other trades on-site

• Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain efficient workflow

• Maintain clean and organised worksites

• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time

Domestic HVAC Installer

• Install residential split systems, ducted heating and cooling systems

• Deliver high-quality workmanship across residential projects

• Liaise professionally with homeowners, builders and clients

• Maintain safe, clean and professional worksites

• Assist with system commissioning and handovers where required

• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout projects

Commercial Duct Installer

• Install sheet metal and flexible ductwork on commercial projects.

• Hang ductwork supports, brackets and associated components.

• Install FCUs, fans, grilles, diffusers and air distribution systems.

• Read plans and coordinate works with site teams and other trades.

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of commercial HVAC projects.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience within the HVAC industry

• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential HVAC systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, builders, suppliers and team members

• Current driver’s licence, White card and relevant industry licences/tickets where required
