Leader Building & Carpentry is a growing residential building company based in Fremantle, delivering high-quality renovations, extensions, custom homes, decking, pergolas, and residential building projects across Perth.

We're looking for a qualified carpenter who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to be part of a team that values quality over volume.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working across a variety of residential projects including:

• Renovations and extensions

• Custom residential builds

• Decking and outdoor living areas

• Pergolas and patios

• Structural carpentry

• Doors, skirtings, architraves and finishing carpentry

You will work closely with the director and be involved in projects from start to finish, giving you exposure to all aspects of residential construction.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter (Cert III Carpentry)

• Minimum 3 years post-trade experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret plans

• Strong framing and finishing carpentry skills

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• White Card

• Current Driver's License

• Own tools

Desirable

• Experience in renovations and extensions

• Leading hand experience

• Ability to work independently and supervise apprentices when required

• Building and construction qualifications
