About the Role

OneCrew Trade Services is looking for a skilled A Grade Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing team. Our work is primarily insurance repairs and Government Renovations, which means every day is different. From structural repairs to custom fixes, you’ll need to be someone who can think outside the box and solve problems on the fly.

A lot of our jobs aren’t straightforward builds — they require practical thinking, initiative, and the ability to find solutions that deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

You’ll be working across Brisbane & Gold Coast completing a variety of residential repair and maintenance works.

What You'll Be Doing

• General carpentry maintenance and repair work

• Insurance repair works including structural and cosmetic repairs

• Diagnosing damage and determining practical repair solutions

• Working across multiple sites and job types

• Completing work to high quality standards and within timeframes

• Communicating with supervisors and other trades on site

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter (or strong maintenance carpentry experience)

• Ability to think independently and problem solve on site

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Experience with maintenance, insurance or repair work highly regarded

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Driver’s licence and own tools

• Willing to travel in Brisbane and Surroundings sites
