Experienced Plasterer – Insurance & Maintenance Works

OneCrew Trade Services is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our growing team based in Yatala.

We specialise in insurance repairs, maintenance works, and residential building projects across South East Queensland, working with some of Australia’s largest insurance providers.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of skilled trades, delivering high quality work while enjoying a supportive, professional workplace that values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Stripping damaged plaster and preparing areas for repair
• Sheeting walls and ceilings
• Setting and finishing plasterboard to a high standard
• Cornice installation and finishing
• Sanding and smoothing surfaces to achieve a professional finish
• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, priming, and repairing damage
• Working alongside carpenters, painters and other trades on site
• Completing around 20+ sqm of plastering works per day depending on scope
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in plastering
• Ability to strip, sheet, set and finish to a high standard
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Good communication with supervisors and other trades
• Physically fit and capable of working full days on site
• Knowledge of Australian building standards and safety practices
• Problem-solving mindset for insurance repair works
