Due to continued growth and consistent workflow, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Spray Painter and/or Vehicle Prepper to join our established team.
Spray Painter duties may include:
Vehicle refinishing to a high standard
Preparation and priming as required
Mixing and matching paint colours
De‑nibbing, cut and polish
Quality control from preparation to completion
Vehicle Prepper duties may include:
Vehicle preparation, masking and priming
Assisting the paint team to maintain workflow
Maintaining clean, organised work areas
Supporting quality outcomes across the paint process
We’re looking for motivated professionals who take pride in their trade and want stable, long‑term employment.
You will have:
Trade qualification (Spray Painter – Certificate III Automotive Refinishing Technology)
3–5+ years experience in collision repair or spray painting (spray painters)
Previous experience in a collision repair environment (preppers)
Pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail
High‑quality preparation and paint refinish skills
Ability to work confidently both unsupervised and within a team
Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime when required
Commitment to quality control, housekeeping and safe work practices
