TRS Resourcing is currently seeking experienced
Diesel Mechanics / Plant Mechanics for multiple permanent positions across
New South Wales.
These roles offer the opportunity to work across a diverse fleet of
earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicles, crushers, screens, fixed plant, and mobile machinery supporting quarrying, recycling, waste management, and resource recovery operations throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mobile and fixed plant equipment
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across heavy equipment and machinery
- Maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, earthmoving equipment, and transport assets
- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
- Support operational reliability through proactive maintenance and fault reporting
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Valid Australian driver's licence
