TRS Resourcing is currently seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics / Plant Mechanics for multiple permanent positions across New South Wales.
These roles offer the opportunity to work across a diverse fleet of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicles, crushers, screens, fixed plant, and mobile machinery supporting quarrying, recycling, waste management, and resource recovery operations throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mobile and fixed plant equipment
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across heavy equipment and machinery
• Maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, earthmoving equipment, and transport assets
• Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
• Support operational reliability through proactive maintenance and fault reporting

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Valid Australian driver's licence
