Our client is a leading facilities management provider delivering maintenance services across high-profile commercial assets in Sydney. Known for their strong reputation, safety culture, and long-term contracts, they are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their growing team.



Your new role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance across a commercial site/portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to an electrician who enjoys fault finding, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced FM environment.
Key responsibilities include:

General light and power maintenance
Fault finding and rectification of electrical issues
Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
Switchboard testing, upgrades, and thermal imaging
RCD testing and tagging
Small electrical installations and minor works
Responding to breakdowns and urgent call-outs
Liaising with clients and coordinating subcontractors
Maintaining accurate site reports and compliance records

What you'll need to succeed

NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with switchboards, emergency lighting, and testing
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Driving licence and full working rights
