Senior Hairdresser Benefits:

• Excellent permanent hourly rate from $36+ per hour (minimum 3+ years qualified experience).
• Uncapped profit share with team members currently earning an additional $300–$400+ per week.
• Full-time position across just 4 days per week (Wednesday–Saturday), allowing for genuine work/life balance.

ABOUT YOU – SENIOR HAIRDRESSER:

• Minimum 3 years qualified salon experience.
• Must love blondes and be a confident all-round colourist, cutter and styler.
• Passionate about delivering beautiful results and exceptional client care.
• Strong consultation and communication skills with a genuine passion for educating clients.
• Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment.
• Loves learning, growing and continually developing skills.
• Extension experience highly regarded, however training can be provided.
• Passion for social media highly regarded.

We offer all hair services including weft hair extensions, with ongoing training available for team members wanting to further expand their skills.
