Cleanaway is seeking an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our Hillsdale workshop, working on a modern fleet of waste collection vehicles. This is a permanent full-time afternoon shift role offering consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long-term job security within a well-equipped, safety-focused workshop.

Backed by a strong Enterprise Agreement (EA), this role offers excellent pay, shift penalties, overtime, and a range of allowances—giving you the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings.

About You

• Trade qualified Heavy‑Duty Diesel Mechanic
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• HR licence preferred with a clean driving record
• Experience in fleet maintenance and running repairs
• Waste industry experience advantageous but not essential
• Safety‑focused, reliable, and a team player
