We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, reliable, and switched-on Automotive Service Receptionist / Service Operations Assistant to help keep our workshop running smoother than a freshly serviced engine.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar helping keep the front office and workshop organised, efficient, and running on time.

Your daily mission may include:

• Helping the Service Manager stay organised throughout the day

• Booking in vehicles and coordinating appointments

• Answering customer calls and enquiries with professionalism (and patience)

• Keeping repair orders and service records organised

• Supporting technicians and workshop staff when needed

• Keeping the office, workshop, and customer areas clean and tidy

• Communicating with customers and suppliers

• Making sure everything flows smoothly throughout the day

Basically… if something needs doing, you’ll help make it happen.

We want someone who is:

• Organised enough to find paperwork instantly

• Friendly and confident with customers

• Able to multitask without spontaneously combusting

• Reliable and motivated

• Willing to learn and get involved

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Comfortable in a busy workshop environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous automotive industry experience

• But if you don’t have automotive experience and are willing to learn, we still want to hear from you

• A current Manual Queensland Driver’s Licence (Open preferred)

• The ability to reverse a manual car without kangaroo hopping it across the carpark
