About the Role
Step into the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector with an opportunity suited to either a qualified Solar Electrician or a Licensed Electrician looking to transition into the solar industry, with full training and support provided.

You'll be joining a busy installation team delivering solar PV, battery storage and energy efficiency systems across Sydney. The role provides hands-on technical work with modern renewable technologies, along with a clear pathway into a specialised and future-focused career.
For electricians new to solar, all required training and accreditation will be fully funded, making this an ideal entry point into a high-demand niche with strong earning potential and long-term progression.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Install and commission residential and commercial solar PV systems
* Work with inverters, battery storage and energy monitoring systems
* Interpret electrical and solar design drawings and specifications
* Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices on site
* Coordinate with installation teams, supervisors and project managers
* Complete funded solar training and accreditation where required
Opportunities are available for both experienced solar electricians and licensed electricians looking to enter the renewable energy sector.

Skills & Experience

* Solar-qualified Electrician OR NSW Licensed Electrician seeking to enter solar
* Genuine interest in renewable energy and emerging technologies
* Ability to work at heights and across active construction or residential sites
* Strong safety awareness and reliable work ethic
* Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Solar accreditation advantageous but not essential
