🔨 About the Role

South Pacific Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and experienced Service Technician to join our growing team.

This role is focused on attending sites to carry out warranty work, completing final onsite works prior to handover, and ensuring all products are finished to the highest standard. You will be the final touchpoint between our workshop and the client, so attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Attend sites to carry out warranty service and repairs

• Complete onsite finishing works prior to handover, including:

  • Installation of angles and flashings

  • Installation and adjustment of flyscreens

  • Minor adjustments and rectifications to windows and doors

• Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

• Liaise with builders, supervisors, and clients onsite

• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial aluminium windows and doors (installation, fabrication, or service)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

• Current driver’s licence (essential)

Highly regarded:

• Experience in service/maintenance roles

• Trade background in aluminium, glazing, or similar
