Team Leader - Residential Home Cleaning

Hubb Home Cleaning is expanding across the Northern Rivers region and we're looking for experienced Team Leaders to join us.

We are seeking Team Leaders in Multiple Locations:

• Ballina

• Byron Bay

• Kingscliff

• Tweed Heads

Your role:

1. Leading and supporting your daily cleaning team to ensure efficient completion of residential cleaning assignments

2. Training and mentoring team members on cleaning procedures, systems and processes

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through professional communication and responsive service

4. Reporting on team performance, productivity and any issues to management

5. Promoting a positive team culture that values safety, reliability and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in residential home cleaning services or a similar role, with a track record of consistently high-quality work

2. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, train and manage a team effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to clients and team members

4. Physical capability to perform cleaning duties and demonstrate best practices to team members

5. Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service

6. A current driver's licence and reliable access to transport

7. Candidates must be permanent residents of Australia
