The Queensland arm of our business proudly manufactures and distributes to the construction industry from our facilities located at Redbank, Caloundra and soon to be from our new state-of-the-art facility at Brendale.

About the role
With the upcoming opening of our new, state of the art manufacturing facility in Brendale, we are seeking a full-time Truck Driver to join our team on day shift.
This role will initially be based at our Redbank branch for training purposes. Once our Brendale facility becomes fully operational, you will transition to being permanently based at the Brendale site.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Delivering steel to customers at various job sites
· Completing daily paperwork such as run sheets & customer receivals paperwork
· Performing electronic pre-start & daily work activity diary entries via mobile phone app
· Liaise with site contacts regarding delivery specifics
· Unloading trucks of steel reinforcing bar, mesh & coil products with vehicle mounted crane
The successful applicant requires:
· Minimum HR Truck License
· CV tickets are required
· Doggers ticket desirable but not essential
· Experience in the steel industry an advantage but not necessary
· Good communication skills to be able to deal with various customers on construction sites
· The ability to understand, follow and comply with WH&S obligations and can demonstrate a safe work ethic
· High level of motivation and ability to work autonomously
· Ability to work paid overtime
It is essential you are a self-starter with strong communication skills & good time management.
