Our client is a long established, area landmark new car dealership located in the Ipswich area. They are seeking to appoint a Warranty Administrator or Trainee Warranty Administrator who can fill in as a Service Advisor when needed. The dealership offers security of tenure, a friendly working atmosphere and career advancement opportunities. The role is Monday to Friday only, so your weekends are your own to enjoy.
Applicants for this position will need to have current or recent new car Warranty claims experience or experience as a Service Advisor. For Trainee applicants, automotive industry experience is mandatory.
You will need to be meticulous, detail focused and have the mindset to maximise claims as per manufacturer requirements. You will police replaced parts, and all aspects of warranty paperwork. In times of need, such as holidays or illness, you will be able to fill in as a service advisor and earn extra income.
Salary for an experienced Warranty Administrator will be around $75k + Super. Commission can be earned while working as a service advisor.
