We’re currently seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Administration team at our Epping head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, experienced team that values collaboration, efficiency, and exceptional service.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader dealership network.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing daily bank statements and banking transactions
Managing and reconciling vehicle, wholesale, and fleet debtor ledgers
Assisting with end-of-month processes and meeting tight deadlines
Preparing weekly debtor reports for management
Handling internal fund enquiries across dealerships
Following up outstanding debtor accounts and resolving invoice queries
Processing customer payments
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a high-volume environment.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
Automotive dealership experience (highly regarded)
Experience with Pentana (preferred)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
