We’re currently seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Administration team at our Epping head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, experienced team that values collaboration, efficiency, and exceptional service.


About the Role

In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader dealership network.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing daily bank statements and banking transactions

  • Managing and reconciling vehicle, wholesale, and fleet debtor ledgers

  • Assisting with end-of-month processes and meeting tight deadlines

  • Preparing weekly debtor reports for management

  • Handling internal fund enquiries across dealerships

  • Following up outstanding debtor accounts and resolving invoice queries

  • Processing customer payments

  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required


About You

You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a high-volume environment.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role

  • Automotive dealership experience (highly regarded)

  • Experience with Pentana (preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
