Balustrade Gate installer OR Trade assistant

About the role

Random Ali Fabrication is seeking a skilled Balustrade / Gate Installer or Trade assistant to join our team in Forest Glen, QLD. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute your expertise to the construction of high-quality residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Installing balustrades, decorative screening , gates including handrails, guardrails, and other safety features, to industry standards

• Collaborating with construction teams to coordinate the balustrade installation process

• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns or queries

• Participating in regular training and upskilling to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Balustrade Installer, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role

• Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required. Vehicles supplied.

• A positive attitude and a passion for the building trades industry
