Walking Floor – Truck Driver

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Walking Floor Truck Driver to join our growing team based on the Gold Coast. Working across South-East Queensland, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials while delivering a high standard of service to our customers. The successful applicant will have experience operating heavy vehicles, with a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a Semi Walking Floor truck safely and efficiently across South-East Queensland on scheduled day runs

Conduct daily pre-start vehicle and equipment inspections

Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition

Complete required documentation, including delivery dockets, maintenance checks and compliance records

Ensure compliance with all road transport legislation, fatigue management requirements and company policies

Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to meet operational requirements

Deliver a high level of customer service while on site and on the road

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Current HC or MC Class Driver Licence

Experience operating a Walking Floor and/or Truck & Dog

Sound knowledge of heavy vehicle safety and operational procedures

Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules effectively
