We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to support our Service and Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations, accurate job administration, and excellent customer communication.

You will be the key link between customers, technicians, and management—ensuring jobs are scheduled, documented, and closed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and close service jobs in the ERP/service system

  • Schedule technicians and coordinate service activities

  • Prepare job documentation, service reports, and invoices

  • Liaise with customers regarding bookings, updates, and completion of works

  • Process purchase orders, parts requests, and supplier documentation

  • Maintain accurate service records, warranties, and compliance documents

  • Support service managers with reporting and administration tasks

About You

  • Proven experience in a service administration, operations admin, or coordination role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Competent with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Experience with ERP/service systems (desirable but not essential)

  • Background in mechanical, electrical, marine, automotive, or industrial services is an advantage
