Truck Driver - Heavy Rigid

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dependable Heavy Rigid Driver to join our team.

The Heavy Rigid Driver will play a crucial role in our supply chain, handling the transportation and delivery of goods to job sites across Sydney. The role involves operating a heavy rigid vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on time to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a heavy rigid vehicle to transport materials and equipment to job sites across Sydney, with a focus on city centre deliveries
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods, meeting customer requirements and schedules
• Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Communicate effectively with site personnel to coordinate deliveries
• Maintain delivery logs and complete necessary paperwork
• Assist with loading and unloading as required
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
• Heavy Rigid Driving License (mandatory)
• Forklift License (advantageous but not required)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Crane experience (advantageous but not required)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A commitment to safety and professionalism

Additional Information:
• Location: Based in Prospect however moving to Leppington in 8 weeks, NSW 2148, with deliveries primarily to Sydney's city centre
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
