The Opportunity
As a Genesis Sales Consultant, you will facilitate the Genesis purchasing experience by delivering a high level of service to our customers. Whether in-store, through Genesis to You, or at sponsored events, you will serve as a critical touchpoint between our customers and the Genesis brand. You will leverage these relationships to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
About the Role
Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, building rapport to support sales outcomes.
Convert enquiries (in-store, web, and phone) into leads and opportunities by understanding customer needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate vehicle.
Develop a strong understanding of all vehicles, including their features, capabilities, and benefits, and confidently present these to customers, including comparisons with competitor models.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate key vehicle features.
Follow up on all leads and opportunities, converting them into sales.
Assist customers with completing all required documentation for a successful sale, maintain clear communication, and conduct vehicle handovers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members on marketing events, sales campaigns, and promotions.
Assist with showroom presentation and promotional displays.
Meet and exceed targets and KPIs set by management, including test drives, conversion rates, sales, and deliveries.
About You
You possess the following skills and experience and are looking to further develop your career in the automotive industry:
2–3 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing sales opportunities.
Ability to follow established sales processes and procedures.
Professional, friendly, and positive approach in all customer interactions.
A current and valid Australian driver’s license.
