Our Business Units

BWE Drilling - Drill & Blast

Our Drill & Blast division delivers full production drilling and specialised blasting services across mining and civil projects. Services are designed to achieve high productivity while minimising impact on surrounding environments and active operations.

 BWE Drilling - Exploration

Our Exploration division is an established drilling contractor supporting exploration and mining programs with Air Core, Reverse Circulation and Diamond Drilling services. The team works across diverse greenfield and brownfield projects in Australia.

BWE Drilling - Waterwell

Our Waterwell division specialises in water bore drilling and well services, operating across local government and Tier 1 mining clients in Australia. Projects range from mine‑site water supply to deep artesian bore drilling.

 

What You'll Do:

• Service and repair drill rigs (Epiroc experience highly desirable)
• Perform on-site breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
• Work both independently and within a collaborative team
• Uphold high safety standards on every job

What You'll Bring:

• Heavy Diesel trade qualification
• Experience working on Epiroc drill rigs or similar
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• A proactive, safety-first mindset
