Coxswain

We are seeking a versatile Skilled Labourer / Coxswain to join our team. This dual-role position requires hands-on labouring skills combined with the ability to safely operate vessels in a marine environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working both on land and on water in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vessels safely in line with maritime regulations (coxswain duties)
• Assist with loading, unloading and transport of equipment and personnel
• Perform general const labouring duties including construction, maintenance, and site support
• Conduct routine vessel checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Adhere to all WHS and maritime safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team across marine and onshore tasks Requirements

 ABOUT YOU 

• Experience as a skilled labourer (construction, marine, or industrial)
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts or weekends
• Team player who works well in a team environment.
• Health and Safety focused
