We place dedicated expert Ai Operators into Australian businesses. Our candidates are pre-assessed across a six-dimension scoring framework. Our clients are business decision-makers who have already raised their hand. What we don't have is enough people to convert them.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. You are not writing job ads or sourcing CVs. You own the full commercial cycle - inbound discovery calls, converting engaged businesses, and seeing deals through to placement.

What you'll actually do

• Run discovery calls with enterprise decision-makers (CEOs, founders, operations leads) who have already expressed interest - no cold calling

• Qualify, handle objections, and get deals across the line

• Match pre-vetted, pre-scored candidates to clients using our matching process

• Manage your pipeline from first call to signed agreement to placement

• Report on deal progress and work closely with our MD and recruiting team

What we're looking for

Proven closers. We don't care if it was real estate, automotive, B2B, or recruitment - show us your numbers.

• You have closed commission deals under pressure and can prove it

• You run a discovery call properly - right questions, fast qualification, no pressure tactics

• You are AI-curious at minimum. You don't need to build with Ai. You need to understand what our candidates do and why it matters to the businesses potentially employing them

• You work at high activity and don't need to be managed

• You thrive on uncapped commission and unlimited earning potential, there is no base salary
