About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, self-motivated Cleaner to take ownership of cleaning and general upkeep across multiple commercial and body corporate sites.

This is an independent, full-time role where you’ll travel between sites, ensuring each location is clean, well-presented, and maintained to a high standard. While your regular hours will be Monday to Friday, there may be occasions where weekend or after-hours work is required.

You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for tenants, visitors, and staff by ensuring all areas are spotless, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning duties across commercial common areas, amenities, and facilities, including floors, windows, bathrooms, and shared spaces

• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment efficiently

• Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns

• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Ensure sites are consistently presented to a professional standard

• Occasionally assist with minor ad-hoc tasks to support site operations

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Confident working independently across multiple locations

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)

• Availability for occasional weekend or after-hours work
