Joinery Supervisor

An opportunity for an experienced cabinet maker / joiner to take on a leading hand / supervisor role, specifically looking after the bespoke division of the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is knowledgeable and enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and working in a well-organised factory environment.

About the Role

This is a semi-on-the-tools position where you'll combine your trade expertise with day-to-day supervision and mentoring responsibilities. You'll report directly to the Production Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with a range of materials including veneer, laminate, and solid timber
• Producing high-end custom joinery including veneer wall systems and internal curved components
• Leading and supporting a small bespoke manufacturing team
• Maintaining quality standards across all projects
• Training and mentoring younger tradesmen
• Monitoring workflow and ensuring deadlines are achieved
• Providing guidance on best-practice manufacturing techniques

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience in cabinet making, joinery, or custom timber manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of veneer, laminate, and solid timber construction
• Experience producing high-quality bespoke joinery
• Natural leadership and mentoring abilities
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• A practical, hands-on approach to leadership
