About the role

Are you experienced with working at heights, window & building cleaning or commercial kitchen cleaning and looking for a full-time position?

S.T.W.C. Pty Ltd, a leading cleaning services provider in the Central Coast, NSW, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. This role will involve a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring our clients' properties are kept in pristine condition.

While previous cleaning experience is welcome, it’s not required — we provide comprehensive on-site training for all new team members. All you need is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. We will give you the skills and confidence to perform one or all of our services based on your ability to learn and grow with us.

What you'll be doing (Multiple options available)

1. Thorough cleaning and maintenance of windows, both inside and out

2. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising commercial kitchens, including equipment and surfaces

3. Performing general handyman duties, such as minor repairs and maintenance tasks

4. Working at heights

5. Adhering to strict safety and quality standards to deliver exceptional service

6. Liaising with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements

7. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work vehicle

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar role, such as window cleaning, handyman work, or commercial kitchen cleaning (experience not essential)

2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

3. Excellent time management and organisational skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanour

6. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

7. Availability for domestic travel (Inter & Intra-State travel)

8. Relevant certifications or qualifications, such as a forklift or scaffold license, would be an advantage
