Parts Interpreter & Junior Parts Interpreter

Audi Alto Macarthur is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Parts Department in two roles: Parts Interpreter and Junior Parts Interpreter.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team within a premium automotive brand.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking:

An experienced Parts Interpreter ready to hit the ground running
A Junior Parts Interpreter looking to start or build a career in the automotive industry

Both roles will support our busy dealership by delivering exceptional parts service to our workshop and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Interpreting parts using manufacturer systems
Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers
Processing orders, invoicing, and stock control
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Delivering outstanding customer service
Assisting with parts merchandising and warehouse organisation

What We’re Looking For

Parts Interpreter (Experienced)

Previous dealership parts interpreting experience (European brand highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of parts catalogues and systems
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Junior Parts Interpreter

Passion for the automotive industry
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Strong work ethic and team attitude
Previous experience in a dealership or parts environment is advantageous but not essential
