About the business
We are an independent, Family-Owned Dealership.
The brands we represent include Jeep, RAM, LDV, Renault and Fiat Professional.
We are seeking an Administration Manager to join our expanding Dealership in Rockingham.
Reporting to the General Manager/Dealer Principal you will be responsible for leading an efficient Administration department covering all aspects of Dealership administration.
Preparation of BAS and other statutory/taxation obligations
Preparation of Fortnightly Payroll
Employee Superannuation obligations
Debtors/Creditors
Ensure EOM deadlines are met to the highest standard
Liaise with external accountants to provide information as required
Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
Preparation of Year End financial file
Financial Reporting to Manufacturers
Previous Dealership administration experience would be preferred
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and time management skills
