Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned sales department

• Support, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Handle customer enquiries and assist in closing deals

• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to sales strategies
