MPI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Workshop Supervisor to lead a switchboard and switchroom manufacturing team within a busy Perth workshop environment.

This hands-on leadership role oversees production, quality, safety, and team coordination across a strong pipeline of work in mining and resources.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The role:
Supervise switchboard manufacturing, manage workflow, ensure compliance with standards, drive safety, and support and develop workshop staff.

What we’re looking for:

WA “A” Grade Electrical Licence
Workshop/manufacturing supervision experience (highly regarded)
Strong electrical drawing and standards knowledge
Safety-focused, proactive leadership style
White Card, First Aid, CPR & LV Rescue.
