Quayside Motors | Multi-Site Role (Lismore, Ballina & Tweed) Part-time

Position Overview

Quayside Motors is seeking a reliable, organised, and adaptable individual to join our team in a Registration & Reception Relief role, based at the Lismore Dealership.

This is a varied, hands-on position supporting multiple dealership locations, combining registration processing, reception coverage, and administrative duties. If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same and take pride in accuracy, organisation, and customer service, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple sites, including:

• Processing vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations

• Liaising with Service NSW for registrations, plates, and related requirements

• Coordinating the movement of documents, banking, and items between locations

• Providing reception relief and managing incoming calls for the group

• Assisting with stock control tasks such as key tagging and managing service books

• Assist with stationery coordination and ordering

• Act as initial point of contact for site maintenance issues and requirements to disseminate to nominated manager and external contractors

• General administrative and filing duties

Travel Requirements

This is a multi-site role, and travel is an essential part of the position, in a company vehicle:

• Regular travel between Lismore and Ballina

• Weekly travel to Tweed Heads with colleagues

A current driver’s licence is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Previous motor dealership (or similar) experience is advantageous, however not essential
