Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year + performance bonuses (depending on experience)

We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Client Relationship & Complaint Manager to join our team and help strengthen client relationships, improve service quality, and support company growth.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can confidently manage client relationships, handle complaints professionally, and support business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day communication with clients
* Respond to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
* Conduct regular client follow-ups and satisfaction checks
* Coordinate with operations and cleaning teams
* Prepare reports, emails, and service updates
* Support tender submissions and contract renewals
* Identify opportunities for additional services and new contracts
* Maintain professional relationships with schools, property managers, and commercial clients
* Assist with scheduling meetings and site inspections

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience minimum 5 years in customer service, facility services, cleaning, or property management preferred
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
* Good computer and email skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Driver licence preferred
