Quay Electrical⁠ is seeking a qualified electrician to join our team based on the Surf Coast.

We specialise in custom homes, renovations, air conditioning, and commercial electrical projects throughout Torquay, Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding regions.

This role is ideal for an electrician who takes pride in their workmanship and has a passion for delivering high-quality electrical installations in architecturally designed homes across some of Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong's most sought after locations.

What We Offer

• $45–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

• 36 Hour Week (Fortnightly RDO)

About the Role

You will be involved in:

• New custom home electrical installations

• Renovations and extensions of existing homes

• Split system air conditioning installations (advantageous)

• General service and maintenance

• Assisting on larger commercial and mechanical electrical projects when required

• Completing daily SWMMS, pre-starts, risk assessments and other site safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• A Grade Electrical Licence

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Ability to work within a team

• High attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• Pride in workmanship

Highly Regarded

• Split system air conditioning experience

• Experience working in custom high end homes

• Experience in data, security and home automation systems

• Experience using job management software

• Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and current electrical industry requirements
