This is the perfect position for a highly motivated Service Electrician experience to join our clients Service Department based across Brisbane. This is a diverse position and best suited to an ambitious tradesperson who is technically minded and enjoys developing customer relationships.

Commercial Service Electrician
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established electrical contractor offering opportunity and security. This is a new opportunity for a commercial service electrician:

Preventative maintenance across a range of commercial clients sites, including well known high rise buildings, office blocks, Government and Corporate client sites
General power and lighting installations and upgrades
Breakdown service, fault diagnoses, repairs, testing and commissioning of commercial electrical and telecommunications systems
Ensure high quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, relevant safety and compliance documentation
Provide technical support to a broad range of commercial clients at a professional level
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will be a passionate and results focused service electrician, who has experience in effectively servicing customer requirements accompanied. The key to success in this position is excellent technical skills accompanied by a strong service ethic with good written and verbal communication skills. Along with the following skills and attributes:

QLD Electrical Licence
Construction Industry White Card
Current CPR/ LVR
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional fault finding skills, relay logic, generator and emergency lighting (monitored / stand alone) experience (Preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of Industry Standards, Safe Work Practices, OHSE Procedures and a willingness to adhere to site appropriate procedures
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with people at all levels including internal and external customers, industry suppliers and stakeholders
Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment and the confidence in your skills to make decisions
