About the Role

As the Workshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our experienced team in tyre, mechanical, and auto service/repairs. You will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team culture. What You Will Bring

• Store Management experience within the automotive industry

• Minimum 5 years of automotive management experience

• Strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience

• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy approach

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Mechanical trade qualification preferred but not essential

• Must have experience in tyre and wheel industry and mechanicals.
