The Role

This is a permanent, full-time Service Advisor position, where you’ll be the face of our service department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests during service drop-off

• Creating a standout customer experience from start to finish

• Processing service invoices and payments at collection

• Liaising with the workshop manager to clearly communicate customer concerns

• Assisting customers with service and warranty enquiries

• Supporting warranty claims and ensuring manufacturer compliance

• Liaising with our Warranty clerk regarding warranty repairs and approvals

• Preparing repair orders and reconciling accounts

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor (dealership experience highly regarded)

• Strong customer service skills — in person, phone, and written

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• A problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help customers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team

• Experience with Auto-IT / Units (highly regarded)

• Current driver’s licence

• Professional, reliable, and punctual approach

• Must have valid Australian work rights for this position.
