Your daily shift inside our Robina Office working in our Security Operations Center follows an unconventional operational loop:

Build the Day Sheet: You map out who goes where, when they start, and exactly what tools they need. No surprises.

Next you draft the Ops Deployment Briefs: You turn messy asset data, information and requests into tight documents using our Panoptic methodology. You get equipped with all the tools you need to succeed.
Lock the Backup Lines: You check the team's communication lines before every single move. You enforce our four-step backup principles: Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency - for everything. Nothing is left to chance.

Protect Data Hygiene: You check our internal records to ensure all asset names and timelines match our exact standards. If it is not written down cleanly, it did not happen.

Your Location

Secure operations require your physical presence. This is an on-site seat at our headquarters in Robina, Gold Coast, Queensland.

You work as a part of a connected company with many objectives but the primary one is protecting the principal (our clients).
