Automotive Job Site Specialist

SP Tools is a market leader tool manufacturer and distributor of automotive trade and commercial grade professional tools.

We specialize in hand tools, air tools, cordless tools, accessories, and petrol-powered equipment.

The opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive job site specialist to assist with our growing market requirements enhance our current business and customer base.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the automotive job site specialist will be in charge of a specific territory within the Brisbane metro region.

Your duties will include.

• Targeting automotive customers and converting them to SP Tools products to achieve sales targets

• Do administration tasks that are consistent for all sales requirements for your specific territory

• Communicate regularly with the Area Sales Management team about requirements and activity within your specific territory

• Present and demonstrate new product and increase brand awareness

• Complete and take part in product training as required

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience is required for this position.

• Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience in Australia is required

• Hands on experience with tools is desirable

• Confident and engaging in demonstrating and presenting to groups, using your technical knowledge of tools

• High level of autonomy - must be highly self-organised and motivated

• Computer literate, comfortable with basic IT operation
