Elevate Salon is a premium hairdressing destination known for its expertise in blondes, balayage, precision cuts, and color transformations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our Warner location.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-end coloring, foiling, balayage, precision cutting, and styling
Conduct thorough client consultations to deliver tailored hair solutions
Maintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and salon cleanliness
Work towards weekly service and retail sales targets
Ensure client retention and rebooking rate of 60% or higher
Participate in ongoing training and mentoring of junior stylists

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience as a professional hairdresser post certification
Certificate III in Hairdressing or international equivalent
Proven expertise in advanced coloring techniques, balayage, and blondes
Strong ability to consult, educate, and build lasting client relationships
Ability to rebook clients and upsell retail products
Must be willing to work full-time, including evenings and alternate Saturdays
