An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a leading food manufacturing business in Tasmania's North/North West region.

This role offers the chance to work with automated production equipment, modern processing systems, and a highly skilled maintenance team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance of production and processing equipment
• Fault finding on automated systems, motors, drives and control equipment
• PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Preventative and reactive maintenance activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with food safety and electrical safety standards

About You

• Current Electrical Licence
• Experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG or industrial environments
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Exposure to PLCs, automation and control systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
