Qualified Electrician – Solar, Battery and general electrical

PSD Electrical Solutions is a growing electrical business based in Brisbane, specialising in domestic electrical work, solar PV and battery installations. We're looking for a motivated electrician to join our small team and help us build something great.

This role would suit a tradesman who enjoys variety in their work, and values being part of a relaxed, supportive team environment.

About the Role

You will work alongside the business owner across a range of projects including:

- Domestic electrical installations and maintenance

- Solar PV installations

- Residential battery installations

- Switchboard upgrades

- Fault finding and repairs

- General electrical work as required

- Occasional travel to jobs throughout South East Queensland

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.

What We're Looking For

Someone with some experience in solar is preferred, however attitude, reliability and willingness to get alone with the team are far more important to us.

The ideal candidate will be:

- A qualified electrician with a current electrical licence.

- Interested in solar and battery systems.

- Solar and battery accreditation is not essential and can be supported in the future for the right person.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Honest and trustworthy.

- Easy-going and respectful.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willing to put in extra hours when required to get the job done.

- Not afraid of hard work

- Able to communicate professionally with customers.

- Someone who leaves their ego at the door and contributes positively to the team culture.

- Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than just another job.
