Electrician Leading HandSupervisor

Australian Electrotech Solutions, a subsidiary of Australian Fibreoptic Solutions (AFOS), is a well-established and fast-growing electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects across South East Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our Brisbane-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of electricians and apprentices onsite
• Managing day-to-day site activities and project delivery
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
• Liaising with builders, clients, consultants, and other trades
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Assisting with programming, material management, and project coordination
• Maintaining strong quality control and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Current QLD Electrical Workers Licence
• Current Driver Licence
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role
• Ability to lead teams and work autonomously
• Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3000:2018 and service rules
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, professional, and solution-focused attitude
• Current LVR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
