Revolution Autocare is looking for an experienced mechanic to join our team in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.

We are looking for someone who knows their way around modern vehicles, can diagnose faults properly, works efficiently, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

This is a full-time role in a busy independent workshop, working on a wide range of vehicles including passenger cars, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles and utes.

About the Role

As an experienced mechanic at Revolution Autocare, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
Carrying out routine maintenance, including logbook servicing, oil changes, brakes, tyres and general repairs
Performing more complex repairs, including suspension, driveline, cooling system, transmission and electrical repairs
Fault-finding and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
Communicating clearly with the team and, when required, with customers
Providing honest and reliable advice
Completing work efficiently and to a high standard
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
Contributing to a clean, safe and organised workshop

What We’re Looking For

The right person will have:

Relevant trade qualification, such as Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified mechanic
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
Experience across a wide range of makes and models
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Good time management and organisation
Pride in workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work well within a team
Current driver’s licence
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
