Keema Automotive Group is now accepting applications for our 2026 Apprentice Academy Intake. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for four Light Vehicle Mechanical Apprenticeships to join our team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience with some of the most exciting and innovative automotive brands in the market!

Positions Available at Multiple Sites:

• Springwood

• Cleveland

• Mount Gravatt

About the Role

Your apprenticeship journey begins with a 5 month intensive training period at our Apprentice Academy in Springwood, where you will learn the fundamentals of the trade. Following this, you’ll transition to one of our workshops in Springwood, Cleveland, or Mount Gravatt to complete your apprenticeship. A Comprehensive Tool Kit is Provided to each apprentice, and it’s yours to keep upon being offered a full-time position at Keema on the successful completion of your apprenticeship!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality service and repair work on vehicles under supervision.

• Report issues or additional work requirements to your supervisor for customer approval.

• Communicate effectively with the Foreman or Trainer regarding job progress and any challenges encountered.

• Attend Factory Training sessions to enhance your product knowledge.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Accurate, resilient, and motivated with a high level of personal presentation.

• Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Computer literate and quick to adapt to new systems.

• Holders of a current manual driver’s license.
