Schmidt Quarries is a family operated business established in 1974. We deliver quality quarry materials such as road bases, rock, aggregates and sand. Our head office is located in Queanbeyan, NSW with our quarries located throughout the region.

The Role
Based in the Queanbeyan Area or the Cooma Area, we are looking for a HC Truck driver to join our team. Previous experience will be essential.  We are offering good hourly rates and overtime opportunities.  BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) accredited is an advantage.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety.

The Candidate

The candidate would be someone who:-

• Enjoys working with people and can communicate well

• Has a customer service approach to all interactions

• Has a passion for trucks and believes in looking after them

• Has a commonsense approach to work

• Is able to work within WHS and safety guidelines

• Has had previous Truck & Dog experience

• Holds a current HC license

• Has good time management skills and attention to detail

• Is proud of their work ethic
