Full-time permanent position

* Monday to Friday – 40 paid hours per week

* Flexible working hours – we understand the importance of family and life balance, and hours can be negotiated for the right candidate

About the Role

Based from our warehouse in North Lakes, you will service and maintain residential and commercial pools throughout North Brisbane.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Pool servicing and water testing

* Chemical balancing and treatment

* Equipment inspections and troubleshooting

* Pump, filter, chlorinator and automation maintenance

* Basic equipment repairs and fault finding

* Maintaining service records and reports

* Delivering exceptional customer service

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Previous experience as a Pool Technician (essential)

* Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and pool equipment

* Experience with equipment installations and repairs

* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

* A current Australian Driver’s Licence

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule

* A positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Highly Regarded

* Pool industry qualifications or certifications

* Experience servicing both residential and commercial pools
