Site Supervisor - Hands on role

Boutique Timeless Landscaping is looking to employ a Site supervisor / Leading hand to help guide our team on high end landscaping installations.

The appropriate candidate will possess and excel in the following criteria :

• Proven leadership in Landscaping roles

• High end landscape experience ( minimum 5 years )

• Proven employee and customer communication skills

• Ability to effectively problem solve when issues arise

• Ability to read plans and instruct staff effectively and efficiently

• Maintain a high standard of discipline and construction outcomes

• Hands on mentoring and guidance to staff on site

• Ability to operate machinery and power tools

• Holds a MR license
