We are looking for a qualified and competent Senior Tradesperson with experience in Programming and Operating CNC lathes with 4-axis up to 1.5m between centres.

Moxon Industries is a one of Sydney's leading Engineering Companies that offers services such as Design, Toolmaking, General Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Sheetmetal, Laser cutting, Fabrication etc.

We work with some of the largest industries in the country such as Rail, Defence, Food , Civil and Infrastructure

We are based in Moorebank, South West Sydney. Public Transport is available at Liverpool Station and Buses drop past on a regular service.

Main tasks will be to program and set our DMG Mori NLX and our Mazak 350MYII. These 2 machines have controllers from DMG Mori and a Mazatrol.

We are also interested if you can program and set our other Machiens which are all FANUC controlled (older controllers)

The successful candidate must satisfy the following:

  • Australian recognised Trade Qualification in CNC Programming and Fitting Machining

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years CNC trade experience is mandatory

  • Experience in using DMG Mori  and Mazatrol Controllers.

  • At least 5years experience working in Australia

We offer a 38 hour week with 1/2 day Friday and regular overtime is on offer.
