Barto Gold is a privately owned Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. Its flagship project is located at Marvel Loch in Western Australia, operating multiple open pits and an underground mine, which services a 2.1Mt per annum name plate processing facility. These are supported by a tenement holding of greater than 1,400km2 over the prospective Southern Cross Greenstone Belt only 4 and a half hours from Perth.
Due to exciting growth in our Western Australian operations, we are seeking to recruit an Electrical Leading Hand to join our Southern Cross operation. The role is an 8:6 roster and is BIBO from Perth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent, the Electrical Leading Hand will lead a team of HV Electricians, prioritising maintenance activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting production continuity. You will work closely with the maintenance planners, superintendent, and process team to deliver high‑quality electrical maintenance outcomes.
